What should I bring?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes, walking shoes, water and sun protection. During rainy season, a raincoat or umbrella. If you don't have an umbrella, we can provide one. We'll always be prepared to take care of you!

What happens if it rains?

The tour can be conducted in light rain, so come prepared. If you couldn't prepare, don't worry! We'll bring protection for you. If the weather is extreme, we'll contact you to reschedule or refund.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?

Yes, you can modify or cancel up to 24 hours before the tour through the website. To do so, go to the "Manage my reservation" tab and enter your reservation number to cancel or modify it.

Are tours available in other languages?

Of course! Being equally clear and fun in any language is our specialty. We currently offer tours in English, French and Spanish. Just indicate it when booking!

Can I take photos during the tour?

Absolutely! In addition to the places you love, we always suggest the best spots with the best shots, so you can get the most spectacular photos!

Can I bring extra people?

Of course! Before starting the experience, there would be a charge for the extra people, just consider that it would be a different cost.

What happens if I'm late?

There will be a 10-minute tolerance to start the experience. If you don't make it, you can join during the next 2 points of the tour. But we recommend you don't miss them!

Are there breaks to rest?

Yes, at several points we can sit down and there will be public restroom options available.

Does it include museum entries?

No, experiences don't include entries, although sometimes we can enter parts that are freely accessible.

Can children come?

Of course! Children are welcome. Our suggested minimum age is 12 years. Children under 10 don't need registration or payment.

Can I bring my pet?

Of course! Just remember that in Mexico City dogs must always be on a leash, by law.

Is it accessible for reduced mobility?

Yes, most of the tour is done with simple walking, and in some parts there is a minimal amount of steps.

Does it include transportation?

No, each explorer must arrive on their own to the experience starting point.

Can I book private tours?

Can alcohol be consumed?

It's not possible to consume alcoholic beverages during the experience, as Mexican law prohibits alcohol consumption in public spaces.
